HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl. Petition No.6774 of 2025 PROCEEDING SHEET 20.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No. 2 of 2025 This application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6774 of 2025.

Heard Mr.Mohd.Muzafferullah Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage of the petitioner's sister is scheduled to be held on 24.06.2025, whereas in the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6774 of 2025, it was mentioned that, "learned counsel prays that the petitioner be granted bail as his marriage is scheduled to be held on 24.06.2025......". Unless the above said typographical mistake is rectified, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed wedding invitation along with the application.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and also the reasons assigned in the application, this application is ordered and modified the Contd.....

sentence in page No.3 i.e. "Learned counsel prays that the petitioner be granted bail as his marriage is scheduled to be held on 24.06.2025 and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation officer for investigation and abide by the conditions that may be imposed by this Court." as follows:

"Learned counsel prays that the petitioner be granted bail as his sister's marriage is scheduled to be held on 24.06.2025 and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation officer for investigation and abide by the conditions that may be imposed by this Court."

Accordingly, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed issue fresh order after rectifying the said mistake.
