Heard.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.14 of Kalluru Village, Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapuram District. While so, based on the report submitted by the 4th respondent on 10-06-2015, a show-cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 15-06-2015. The petitioner has submitted his explanation. Having not satisfied with the explanation, the authorisation of the petitioner was suspended on 25-06-2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

This court carefully perused the charges numbering five extracted in the impugned order of suspension, dated 25-06-2015. The charges require further enquiry.

In view of the same, this court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the 3rd respondent at this stage. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
