This civil revision petition is filed against order dt.09.04.2018 in I.A. No.266 of 2018 in O.S. No.8 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam, at Anakapalli.

As this Court was inclined to dismiss the civil revision petition by imposing exemplary costs, Mr. A. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. A.S.C. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
