This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in interfering with the petitioner's right over the House property bearing D.No.2/718, situated at Rayachoty-Rayavaram road, T. Sundupalli Kasba, T. Sundupalli Mandal, Y.S.R. District, under the guise of giving effect to the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2006 passed in O.S.No.43 of 2001 by the learned Principal Junior Civil judge, Rayachoty, against the fifth respondent and in favour of the fourth respondent, even though the decree was passed in respect of the property bearing D.No.2201/A4 of T. Sundupalli village and Mandal, Y.S.R. District. Since the allegation relates to the alleged high-handed action of the third respondent, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the second respondent by filing a complaint and it is needless to observe that as and when such complaint is received the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
