ORDER:

This company application is filed for multiple reliefs relating to permission to sell the assets of non-applicant No.1 company. Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that a serious mistake in the cause title has crept in and that, therefore, the Official Liquidator may be permitted to withdraw this company application with liberty to him to file a fresh company application with proper cause title.

The Company Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
