THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 9386 of 2011 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against the inaction in enquiring into a crime registered in FIR No.96 of 2009, dt. 01.05.2009 of the Station House Officer, Serilingampally P.S./ 2nd Respondent herein, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on 2nd Respondent.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing the Respondents, on instructions, submits that action was dropped, as the crime is undetectable.

The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is closed, and the petitioner, if so advised, is given liberty to workout the remedies in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
