Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, 6 and 8.

The short grievance in the present Writ Petition is that the petitioner submitted a representation against the unauthorized use of electricity by the eighth respondent, which was sanctioned to the seventh respondent. It is the case of the petitioner that the property situated in Survey No.516/2, which belongs to the seventh respondent, was taken on lease by the petitioner on 07.01.2014. He floated a partnership firm on 10.02.2014 with the eighth respondent. The eighth respondent also filed W.P.No.33002 of 2014 challenging the action of the sixth respondent in demolishing the structures. However, this Court passed a common order on 03.12.

2014 directing the respondents to seal the premises pending disposal of the application submitted by the eighth respondent seeking building permission. Later on, he got sanction for additional load of power supply and is running a marriage hall in the said premises. The petitioner states that he submitted a representation on 04.05.2015 and when the same is not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
