30.06.2025 JSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any This application is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to seeking extension of one week time to surrender before the Station House Officer, Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station.

Heard Mr. Y. Bala Murali, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 23.06.2025, the petitioners went to the Station House Officer, Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station to report their surrender. However, the Station House Officer refused to accept their surrender. Unless this Court extends the time, the petitioners will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Station House officer will act pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6787 of 2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners by way of reply submits that the petitioners are having threat, hence, they may be permitted to accompany with a counsel to surrender before the Station House Officer.

Learned Additional Public Prosecution has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by both counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the condition No.7(i) of the order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.6787 of 2025 that the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, on or before 07.07.2025. It is needless to observe that the petitioners are entitled to accompany through their counsel. The other conditions remain unaltered except above.

With the above modification, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
