ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court a Memo dated 20.04.2001 issued by the respondents, wherein the petitioner was asked to give an undertaking to withdraw the writ petition, so that his grievance will be resolved by them. In view of the said memo dated 20.04.2001, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so as to enable the petitioner to pursue his remedies.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
