cognizance by the Junior First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad vide C.C.No.600 of 2014.

4.

By now, C.C.No.600 of 2014 also would have been disposed of by the said Court. That is the reason why there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. 5.

Therefore, since investigation has already been completed and charge-sheet is filed which was taken on file as C.C.No.600 of 2014 on the file of the Junior First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad, cause in the present Criminal Petition no longer survives for adjudication. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

7.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
