ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 15 of Chabili Village, Pendlimarri Mandal, Kadapa District. While so, the fourth respondent inspected the fair price shop of the petitioner and found some irregularities. Pursuant to the same, a report was submitted by the fourth respondent on 31.1.2015, based on which, the third respondent respondent issued a show cause notice on 6.6.2015. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 12.6.2015. Being not satisfied with the said explanation, the third respondent passed impugned order dated 27.6.2015 suspending the authorization of the

petitioner. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court carefully perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and is of the prima facie opinion that the same are require to be enquired into. In those circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. However, as the petitioner has already submitted his explanation, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry in respect of the charges framed against the petitioner and pass final order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly following the due principles of natural justice during the enquiry process.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
