When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 29-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, RGI Airport Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in Cr.No.22 of 2013 of RGI Airport Police Station, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and C.C. number is awaited and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners not present. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
