Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the impugned notice dated 26-11-2009, the appeal filed by the unofficial respondents against the petitioners was dismissed and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
