This writ petition is filed for the following relief; ".......... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of 'Writ of Mandamus' by declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the Respondent No.4 in interfering into Petitioner's personal life and liberties in performing his special duties as 'Sajjadanashin' in the coming Annual Urs which is going to be held on 07.08.2019 to 09.08.
2019 and also on any other day in respect of the said Dargah known as Dargah Yousufain, Nampally, Hyderabad, as arbitrary, highhanded, discriminatory, ex-facie illegal and above rule of law, besides illegally confining petitioner into his residence when he is going to perform his spiritual duties as Sajjadanashin, in the interest of justice and consequently may direct the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.4from not to interfere into civil disputes and also with the personal life and liberties of the petitioner while performing his spiritual duties as Sajjadanashin in any manner and whatsoever and may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." When the connected WP.No.
that when the petitioner approached the Wakf Tribunal with the similar relief sought in this writ petition, the Wakf Tribunal dismissed the said application.
But, without disclosing the said fact the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
When the same is pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
