THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No. 357 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by petitioners/defendants 3 to 9 against order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, in I.A.No.21 of 2017 in O.S.No.21 of 2011.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Senior Civil Courts, Mancherial, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 09.01.2018. In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Appeal and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
