THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8837 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.12 under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.127 of 2015 of Tadikonda Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 r/w 149 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant has sustained simple injuries in the incident and due to negligence, he died.

From the material on record, it is apparent that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
