HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.754 of 2014 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed assailing the order dated 28.01.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.68 of 2013 in M.C.No. 159 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Vijayawada, allowing the petition filed under Section 125 (1) Cr.P.C. to direct the petitioner to pay interim monthly allowance of Rs.5,000/ - to the first respondent and Rs.2,500/ - each to the respondents 2 and 3 till disposal of main M.C.No.159 of 2012.

However, the daily status report from the IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada indicates that M.C.No.159 of 2012 itself was allowed in part on 31.12.2015. The said report is made part of the record. In the light of the said report, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed..
