HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1486 OF 2015 ORDER:

After arguing for a while and calling for the records from the lower Court, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded as sought for subject to condition of the petitioner paying costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Telangana Legal Services Authority within two weeks from today.

Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with costs as specified above. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
