THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4317 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.No.508 of 2013 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad aggrieved by the order dated 28.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.609 of 2014 in the said O.S. The present I.A is filed under Rule 32 of Civil Rules of Practice by the defendants to permit the deponent of the affidavit to act as GPA of the defendants. By the impugned docket order dated 28.08.2015, the I.A. was allowed. Questioning the same, this revision is filed. In this revision, it is the case of the petitioners/plaintiffs that the affidavit is not filed as contemplated under Rule 33 of the Civil Rules of Practice. Rule 33 of the Civil Rules of Practice will apply where any proceeding, which is required to be signed or verified by a party, is signed or verified by Agent. So far as the present I.

A is concerned, application is duly filed seeking permission to act as GPA. In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order so as to interfere with the same. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
