Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for School Education.

The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the action of the respondents in withdrawing the permission/ recognition of the petitioner's school vide RC No.275/E6/2015 dated 14.04.2016, without proper enquiry and not giving an opportunity to the petitioner's school.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that an appeal is filed against the orders dated 14.04.2016 before the Director of School Education, Hyderabad. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be given to the authorities concerned to dispose of the appeal at the earliest. The same is not objected to by the Government Pleader for School Education.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority ie. Director of School Education, Hyderabad, to

dispose of the appeal, if any, filed against the order dated 14.04.2016 passed in R.C.No.275/E6/2015, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
