HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23666 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 22.07.2002 and 30.10.2002 issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as re-categorising the petitioners from AC Electrician to DC Electrician, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court granted interim suspension of the impugned orders, vide orders dated 29.01.2003 in WPMP No.29704 of 2002. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioners are being continued as AC Electricians and hence no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
