HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9137 & 9152 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8524 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant, of Crime No.66 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, are present before this Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
