THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 16188 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The inaction on the part of Respondents 2 and 3 against the illegal structures raised by the 4th respondent in premises bearing No. 5-20/1, Seetarama Puram, Opp. S.B.H. Street, Jaggayyapet, adjacent to the petitioner's house and also on the complaint dated 02.01.2017, is under challenge in this Writ Petition. The complaint of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has been making constructions in the above-said premises violating the rights of the petitioner.

Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Corporation submits that the preliminary notice as well as the final notice has been issued to the 4th respondent with respect to the alleged illegal constructions made by him.

Inasmuch as the respondent authorities have already initiated proceedings, recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the official respondents to complete the process of taking action against the alleged illegal constructions made by the 4th respondent, in accordance with law, to redress the grievance of the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
