Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not removing the encroachment made by respondent No.5 in Government land admeasuring Acs.3.55 cents situated in Survey No.345 and also in not seizing the borewell dug by him in the said land by initiating proceedings under the Land Encroachment Act and under A.P.Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 and Rules made there under, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners made a representation dated 14.11.2016, seeking action by the respondent-authorities towards the illegal occupation of the Government land by respondent No.5, no action has been initiated
by the authorities, till date. Hence, the said representation may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest. 5.
Learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the respondent-authorities shall consider the said representation dated 14.11.2016, made by the petitioners seeking action against encroachment, in accordance with law and pass orders after hearing the petitioners and the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
