OFFI CE NOTE 19.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking to correct the police station name as 'Huzurnagar Police Station' instead of 'Thangallapalli Police Station', in the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6794 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused in Crime No.32 of 2024 on the file of Huzurnagar Police Station, Suryapet District and the petitioner had approached this Court and filed Criminal Petition No.6794 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail and this Court allowed the said anticipatory bail on 17.06.2025 directing the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Huzurnagar Police Station and on such surrender S.H.O.Huzurnagar is directed to release the petitioner on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties. However, in the said order, in condition No.3 the police station is wrongly mentioned as 'Thangallapalli Police Station'

instead of 'Huzurnagar Police Station'. Unless the same is corrected, the petitioner will be put to great irreparable loss and hardship.

Registry is directed to correct the police station name as 'Huzurnagar Police Station' instead of 'Thangallapalli Police Station', in the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6794 of 2025 and issue fresh corrected order.
