This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the defendant No.1, assailing the order dated 31.12.2016 in I.A. No.668 of 2016 in I.A. No.665 of 2016 in O.S.No.519 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Special Assistant Agent & Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the first respondent.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.668 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.668of 2016 in I.A. No.665 of 2016 in O.S.No.519 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of filing of the counter by the petitioner herein.
