The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased an extent of land admeasuring Ac.13-50 cents in Sy.No.68/3 situated at Mangampeta Gram Panchayath, Obulavaripalle Mandal, Kadapa District from A.Sridhar Reddy, Shaik Dastagiri and S.Indiramma vide pending document No.25 of 2014, dated 21-04-2014. From the date of purchase, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same. As the Adjacent land owners are disputing the boundaries of the said land, the petitioner filed an application on 05-07-2014 for survey and demarcation of the agricultural land purchased by the petitioner and also deposited an amount of Rs.285/- with the 3rd respondent. Since no orders have been passed on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since application filed by the petitioner dated 05-07-2014 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for him to take action on the said application. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 05-07-2014 in accordance with law and take action thereafter after issuing notice to the effected parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
