A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Sri K.Ajay Kumar, learned junior Standing Counsel for the Revenue, does not dispute this fact.

That being so, for reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated common order dated 13.02.2017 passed in W.P.No.36483 of 2016 and batch and in terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
