The petitioner states that she is in possession of house bearing No.

12-1-925 in Sy.No.58 situated at Fatheluguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner states that she has applied for regularization in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30-12-2014.

The present writ petition is filed on the allegation that while the said regularization application is pending, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the house in question without following the due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the land admeasuring Ac.28-24 cents in Sy.No.58 is classified as 'Porambok Sarkari'. As per field inspection, the petitioner is found to have been residing in the aforesaid house. It is specifically stated that the field staff never interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the said land and the question of dispossession of the petitioner does not arise. The afore-stated stand of the respondents is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, it is open for the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for regularization and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
