With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in denying the sanction of electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner bearing No.10/ 186 (old No.10/ 204) consisting of tin shed of 151.625 square feet in Survey No.704, 10th ward, M.G.Road, Railway Kodur Town, YSR Kadapa District and insisting for NOC from 5th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents - authorities to consider the representation dated 14.09.2017, made by the petitioner seeking power connection to the above said premises, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. 6.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the representation dated 14.09.2017, made by the petitioner seeking power connection to the premises of the petitioner bearing

No.10/ 186 (old No.10/ 204), consisting of tin shed of 151.625 square feet in Survey No.704, 10th ward, M.G.Road, Railway Kodur Town, YSR Kadapa District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
