THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.868 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 18.01.2017 in I.A.No.959 of 2016 in O.S.No.391 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
