Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation on 02.03.2018 to respondents No.2 to 4, but no action has been taken till date. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to verify the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.03.

2018, and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
