HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD TRANSFER C.M.P. Nos.151 AND 160 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER (ORAL):

Both these applications are filed seeking transfer of A.S. No.68 of 2015 from the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and A.S. No.383 of 2015 from the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar, to try along with A.S. (SR) No.4615 of 2015 (A.S. No.230 of 2020) pending before this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. If the request of the petitioners is acceded to, either party would be losing an opportunity of preferring appeal before this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to take away the opportunity of the parties from preferring appeal which is their legal right. On this sole ground, these applications are liable to be dismissed.

4. Therefore, both these applications are dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these transfer applications stand closed.
