Heard Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. As per the submission made by the learned counsel for Official Liquidator, the claims have been invited and a few of them have been rejected and the secured creditors' claims have been satisfied in full; and there is still an amount of Rs.6 lakhs and odd remaining to the credit of the company in liquidation. In those circumstances, the learned counsel seeks appropriate orders.

Having regard to the state of affairs as on date, and there being no claims and no requirement of amount under Section 529 (A) of the Companies Act, the Official Liquidator shall take necessary further steps to close the company petition by completing the liquidation process. Accordingly, the company application is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
