HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33727 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was promoted as Assistant Professor now re-designated as Associate Professor pursuant to the Departmental Promotion Committee vide proceedings dated 21-04-2010 and basing on the recommendations of the Committee on 20-02-2010, the Committee has issued proceedings dated 21-04-2010. But as on today, probation of the petitioner is not declared, as such the petitioner made representation on 02-03-2017. As no orders are passed on the same, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the respondent-authorities by way of representation, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation, dated 02-03-2017, of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
