Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this if any.

Court has granted bail to the petitioner/accused No.8 in Crime No.68 of 2024 of Danthalapally Police Station, Mahabubabad District, vide order dated 27.06.2024 in Criminal Petition No.6636 of 2024. However, in the order the Crime Number has been shown as 365 of 2024 instead of 68 of 2024 and this error needs necessary correction.

I have perused the order and the materials on record. As per the petition and other materials the Crime Number is 68 of 2024. Thus, mentioning of Crime Number as 365 of 2024 in the order dated 27.06.2024 in Crl.P.No.6636 of 2024 is clear typographical error.

Having regard to the inadvertent error, making requisite amendment for effectuation of the order is found appropriate. Accordingly, the Office is directed to make needful rectification by carrying out errata in Para No.2 of the order dated 27.06.2024 in Crl.P.No.6636 of 2024, by supplanting Crime No.365 of 2024 with the Crime No.68 of 2024. Resultantly, this petition is allowed.
