This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in interfering and directing to closedown the business activities of the petitioner Bar & Restaurant by 9 P.M. by threatening of arrest, since the valid license in Form-B-2/IL-17, License No.08/2007-08 dated 05.01.2008 is subsisting to carry on business, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 (1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the business activities of the petitioner after 9 P.M. also as per Rule-15 of the Rules made under the G.O.Ms.No.997, Rev. (Ex.II) Department, Dated 24.5.2005."
Today, when the matter is called, written instructions dated 06-11-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. According to the said instructions, the petitioner herein closed the restaurant long back and no business activities are going on in the subject premises and to support the same photographs are also filed along with the instructions. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed.
