This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings No.02/95(151)/2011RCPM, dated 23.12.2011 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary, void, contrary to facts and against the principles of natural justice.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
