This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 10.06.2013 passed in I.A.No.200 of 2012 in O.S.No.5 of 2012 on the file of the Court of III-Additional District Judge, Warangal. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.S.No.5 of 2012 was disposed of on 03.03.2016. Therefore, the purpose of filing the revision has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
