Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that F.C.O.P.No.1022 of 2013 on the file of Judge, Family Court - cum - V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, was allowed on 11.05.2016.

3. The present revision petition is filed assailing the order, dated 23.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.280 of 2015 in the said F.C.O.P. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
