Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Petitioner is an Association of Retired Employees of the Hindusthan Machines Tools Limited. It is aggrieved by the action of 3rd respondent in issuing office order No.15/14 dt.10-06-2014 announcing revision of scales of pay of the Officers holding posts below the Board Level to those who are in service as on 28-02-2014 excluding members of the petitioner association who had retired prior to 28-02-2014. Petitioner-association had given a representation on 05-01-2017 to 3rd respondent; and copy of it was marked to respondent Nos.1 and 2. It contends that no action is being initiated thereon.

Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, states that respondent Nos.1 and 2 will take action on the said representation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dt.05-01-2017 in accordance with law within three months from the

MSR,J W.P.No.21655 of 2017 date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
