HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
According to learned counsel for petitioner, earlier request to mutate the petitioner name in the revenue records concerning land to an extent of Ac.14.64 cents in Sy.No.36/2 of Kommadi village was not accepted on the ground that petitioner did not submit relevant documents. Having regard to the same, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw writ petition with liberty to file fresh application for mutation of name of petitioner in the revenue records by enclosing all relevant documents.

Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that as and when such application is made, the same shall be considered objectively and make appropriate decision as warranted by law within six weeks from the date of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. No costs.
