The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the basis of subsequent events.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the basis of subsequent events. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
