Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the number of the Calendar Case, which is impugned in the present Criminal Petition, is wrongly mentioned and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh one. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
