Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating all the facts and with better prayer. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
