THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.16318 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2.

The petitioner claims that late Bejawada Chandraiah had executed sada sale deed dt.01.08.2005 in favour of late husband of the petitioner. The petitioner now claims that she is taking steps to regularize the said sale deed. Be that as it may, prayer in the writ petition is that the respondent, Tahsildar, may entertain deeds of conveyance of land to an extent of Acs.3.00 in Sy.No.122 of Kattangur Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District and the documents yet to be presented by the 4th respondent and those documents should not be entertained.

3.

No such relief can be granted as the Sub Registrar is duty bound to receive any document presented for registration and he cannot be restrained from entertaining such a document and if so, it is nothing but depriving the right of a person to present the document for registration and process the document, in accordance with law and the provisions of the Registration Act. Thus, the relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, at the threshold. However, it is left open for the petitioner to workout her remedies for the claim made out in this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

PNR,J W.P.No.16318 of 2019 As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
