This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to receive and process application for building permission along with relevant documents from the petitioner made for issuance of construction permission of building/ boundary wall and further insisting him for getting No Objection Certificate/TLSR from the revenue authorities in respect of the house bearing Municipal No.1-3-1036 (Old No.A-13-1036) under Sy.No.140, admeasuring 1244.00 square yards situated at Kavadiguda, Hyderabad, as it is not accompanied with Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the respondents to receive and process the application for the building permission without insisting for TSLR Certificate and No Objection Certificate.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.5010 of 2015 on 02-03-2015 and the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar and identical to that of the said writ petition, which is not disputed or denied by the learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.
3. In view of the said representation, following the ratio laid down in the said judgment, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent GHMC to take appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a building, in accordance with the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Building Rules and Regulations made thereunder, without insisting for production of TSLR Certificate and No Objection Certificate from the Revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
