THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4590 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.7 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.80 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.7, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondentState and perused the record. 3.
Though learned counsel for the petitioner filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of personal appearance of the petitioner/Accused No.7 before the Court below and further a direction may be given to the Court below to dispose of aforesaid Calendar Case expeditiously as it is of the year 2015. 4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner/Accused No.7 in C.C.No.80 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District, is dispensed with, while permitting him to make his appearance through his counsel. However, the petitioner/Accused No.7 shall appear before the Court below as and when his personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District, is directed to conclude the trial and dispose of the subject Calendar Case as early as possible, preferably
within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
