This appeal is filed by the appellant-defendants under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 28.06.2000, in A.S.No.19 of 2000, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, in partly allowing the appeal by setting aside the judgment and decree, dated 24.07.1992 in O.S.No.208 of 1985, passed by the District Munsif, Allagadda, wherein the suit filed for permanent injunction was dismissed. 2.

On earlier occasion, i.e., on 13.06.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. Despite posting the matter today under the caption 'for orders', there is no representation for the appellants. It appears, the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal. 3.
