HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P. No.188 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.547 of 2015 from Family Court, Secunderabad, to Senior Civil Judge, Bhongiri, Nalgonda District.

2. Advocate for respondent represented that respondent-husband, who filed H.M.O.P.No.547 of 2015, has withdrawn the case, therefore, the relief claimed in this transfer petition has become infructuous.

3. Since H.M.O.P.No.547 of 2015, which is sought for transfer from Family Court, Secunderabad, to Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, is already withdrawn by husband, this transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
